These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Kartley.
By using Kartley, you agree to these Terms.
What Kartley does
Kartley helps sellers create a public online store/catalog link, add products, share their store, and receive customer orders through WhatsApp.
Kartley is not a marketplace, checkout system, payment processor, delivery company, or order management platform.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of their store information.
- The products they list.
- Product prices, descriptions, images, and availability.
- Customer communication.
- Payment arrangements.
- Delivery arrangements.
- Handling refunds, exchanges, complaints, and disputes.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Customer orders through WhatsApp
Kartley creates WhatsApp links with prefilled messages to help customers contact sellers.
Customers must manually send the message through WhatsApp.
Any conversation, payment, delivery, or agreement after that happens directly between the customer and the seller.
Payments and delivery
Kartley does not process payments, collect card details, manage checkout, provide delivery, track orders, or guarantee transactions.
Sellers and customers are responsible for agreeing on payment and delivery terms directly.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kartley to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited products.
- Mislead customers.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or business.
- Upload harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content.
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to damage Kartley.
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Store content
You own the content you add to your store, but you give Kartley permission to display it as needed to operate your store page and provide the service.
Kartley may remove content or restrict access if it appears to violate these Terms, harm users, or create legal or security risk.
Account access
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Kartley is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised Google accounts, shared devices, or weak personal security practices.
Availability
We aim to keep Kartley available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Kartley may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Limitation of responsibility
Kartley provides tools for sellers to create and share store pages.
Kartley is not responsible for seller products, customer decisions, WhatsApp conversations, payments, delivery, refunds, disputes, or any transaction made outside Kartley.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update this page.
